Its called Batman with Active Action Cape. Basically its a large sized Batman action figure, standing probably 12″ tall, and the cape folds up into a backpack on his back. Then with the push of a button the cape unfurls and spreads out to look like wings. It had a pretty incredible effect on a certain four year old that I know anyway. Highly recommended.
